Remote Work
Quantica has experience in executing activities remotely for more than a decade, and each of these accesses has been executed mainly with VPN-based technological tools.
Access to Installations via VPN
We currently work with Clients both inside and outside Chile in a remote work format, this has allowed us to keep all our employees working actively remotely and in the safety of their homes.
To this end, we have clearly defined access processes and protocols, which we have perfected over all these years:
- Establish the authorized users to access the system,
- Define the check-in time and who is the client's supervisor who will review the connections,
- Define the departure time and who is the client's supervisor who will check the connection status,
- Periodically review associated security logs and progress
Access to Facilities for assembling equipment
In this time of pandemic, we had to carry out installations in customer facilities, which we have carried out in compliance with all health recommendations, without any health or safety problems, both for our customers and for our collaborators.
A summary of the steps necessary to execute activities safely, which has already worked for us, is as follows:
- Compliance with all current legal regulations,
- Clearly defined health procedures agreed with the client,
- Participation throughout the process of our risk prevention expert,
- Working procedures with clearly defined delimitation of permitted areas and accesses,
- Full control of the entire transport and accommodation cycle of our staff,
- Total control of the entire feeding and hydration cycle of our staff,
- Full control of each of the employees' health variables during assembly,
- Once the field work is finished, return to work remotely,
- Remote monitoring by our risk prevention expert of the health characteristics of personnel working in the field.
