Quantica has extensive experience in providing support and maintenance in various modalities, both at the hardware and software levels, nationally and internationally, for all the platforms and installations it has executed.
It currently has support contracts for many years, in which we have helped our Customers to keep their critical and operational solutions active.

24 x 7 support

Over time, we have specialized in technical support or assistance in the Energy and Industrial Production sectors; for all aspects related to control and power systems in those markets, serving our Customers more effectively and efficiently.
We offer a multilevel support service that is basically comprised of three levels of support depending on the type of fault detected:
Critical Flaw: It is the one that prevents the operational functioning of the system involved,
Intermediate Fault: It is one that does not prevent operational continuity, but requires prompt attention,
Non-Critical Failure or Event : It is one that has no impact on operational continuity and does not need prompt attention.

Support 8 x 5

Over time, we have specialized in technical support or assistance in the Energy and Industrial Production sectors; for all aspects related to control and power systems in those markets, serving our customers more effectively and efficiently. We offer our customers a multilevel assistance service in 8x5 mode, which basically differs in three levels of support depending on the type of fault detected:Critical Flaw : It is the one that prevents the operational functioning of the system involved,Intermediate Fault: It is one that does not prevent operational continuity, but requires prompt attention,Non-Critical Failure or Event : It is one that does not impact operational continuity and does not need prompt attention

Preventive Maintenance

Conventional “fix when failure occurs” strategies no longer work. They were valid in the past, but now if you want to be productive you have to be aware that waiting for the failure to occur is incurring excessively high costs (production losses, quality deficiencies, downtime and loss of profits).

Corrective Maintenance

The best thing for your plant is to plan maintenance periods, however, there are times when this is not feasible and that is why correction processes are necessary for your equipment to be able to start working again, in order to restore production as soon as possible.
For these activities, Quantica offers the necessary services and equipment so that our customers can execute this process in the easiest and most optimal way possible.

Emergency Care

When all else fails, it is necessary to take action to restore operational continuity for our Customers. Quantica offers support and maintenance systems that allow our Customers to have service responses in some cases not exceeding two hours in the face of a critical failure.

Remote Assistance

This modality is widely used by Quantica Customers and thus makes it possible to carry out revisions, fault diagnosis, extensions of the same system and general assistance remotely to the customer's facilities. Each of these accesses is carried out using VPNs or others, together with very rigorous access procedures that allow maintaining the highest security standards.
