OVERVIEW OF CONTROL CENTERS

A control center is a space set up within a company or building run by an operator or group of operators, who have the function of maintaining constant liaison, coordination, supervision and control of either the management system, the production process, the maintenance process, etc.

In our experience, what usually happens is that once a Control System of a certain size is installed, it will be necessary to go to a Professional Visualization system such as VideoWall, with which it is possible to achieve the correct visualization and decision-making about the process in a group form.

DESIGN, CONSTRUCTION AND SEISMIC ASSEMBLY

Each Visualization solution requires the assembly of these cubes and/or screens in arrays of various configurations. Chile, being a highly seismic country, requires that for control sites that are considered by the authority to be critical, Seismic engineering must be carried out to validate that the installation will meet the requirements of NCH2369 or another. Quantica has executed these, designs, construction and assembly of these equipment for critical control centers.

FOR REMOTE ACCESS

In our experience, each of the equipment to be supplied and installed, from Field equipment (Level 1) to sending information to the authority (Level 4) requires communication through different communication networks. For this, it is necessary to design, supply and configure network equipment (switch, router, firewall, etc.), which we have implemented for the most important companies in our country, considering the aspects of Cybersecurity and Regulatory Compliance.
