In our experience, what we have had to observe is that our Customers need this type of solution when:
The replacement of the application on the current business platform is very expensive or high-risk; The application equipment or software is obsolete and there is no longer adequate support; The knowledge of the plant staff to operate the system is very high and resistance to change is important, in general terms the application works well and they don't want to change or update it, since it fulfills its purpose well.
To solve this type of problem, Quantica has developed a completely scalable solution that allows adding the layers of high availability that the Customer's facilities do not have without the need to change what exists. This allows us to maintain the application as we know it while maintaining its functionalities, but in a high availability environment.

We have successfully executed projects associated with the analysis of Regulatory Compliance Gaps, in the aspects of the 13 Minimum Measures to be met in Coordinate facilities, together with the review of compliance with NERC-CIP requirements.
Each of these projects, in their final stage, ends with the Implementation Plan necessary to close the gaps found, as well as the support in sending information to the National Electricity Coordinator.
